"Why do you look so sad?”
“Because you talk to me in words and I look at you with feelings."
"Suddenly you’re 21 and you’re screaming along in the car to all the songs you listened to when you were sad in middle school and everything is different but everything is good."
Thank you grandmother moon for showing me some little light in this endless darkness. Everything has been shitty and I haven’t felt good/okay in so long; the people around me have been creating so much darkness, and I have been sending so much darkness to them. Thank you grandmother moon for showing me that if you surround yourself with people who create light will cause you to create light in yourself. You can find light is the strangest places, the purest places you never think to look, like doing something you’ve always loved or being with someone you’ve always loved. The moon is always teaching me that everything around you can bring out your light. You can bring out your light when you choose to, but I haven’t been strong enough to do that on my own yet.. The moon is always showing me that I don’t have to do it on my own.
